This year we are advising different foreign companies to register and establish themselves in China. We are also supervising the process of obtaining work permits and visas.

The internationalization of a business is a delicate matter, which requires commitment on the part of the consulting company. In this field we are accompanied and representing different companies in the basic stage of registration for the establishment of a company with foreign investment.

In this first step, there are other secondary ones that must be carried out simultaneously, these although apparently simpler, in practice they require experience and knowledge of the process.

• Choosing a qualified, reliable and effective accounting firm is essential for the stability of the business.

This is only part of the first step in establishing foreign companies in China. The process of total registration and obtaining work permits and visas takes about 4 months, depending on the law in force in the development of the process.
