Interpretation in a vegetable farm on Chong Ming Island, Shanghai, China
In December 2016 we are collaborating with the Almeria company AGRUPAEJIDO in a joint project with different Chinese companies. It is taking place on the island of Chong Ming, just outside of Shanghai. Our work consists not only in interpreting the two parties, but also in bringing them closer culturally, making them understand each other when working. It is exciting to interpret in the formal meetings of the companies and also to be able to visit different greenhouses and work farms where we have the opportunity to help workers from so different parts of the world to reach a mutual understanding and affinity in working methods.
